Reserva y formalizaci\u00f3n del contrato<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00b32fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00b32fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSe realiza una reserva cuando:\n<ul>\n \t<li>pagas el dep\u00f3sito requerido;<\/li>\n \t<li>proporcione toda la informaci\u00f3n personal, de pasaporte y m\u00e9dica que se le solicite; y<\/li>\n \t<li>Enviamos una confirmaci\u00f3n de reserva por escrito.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nEl contrato ser\u00e1 vinculante una vez que ABM emita una confirmaci\u00f3n por escrito. Eres responsable de asegurarte de que tu <strong>nivel f\u00edsico, habilidades y experiencia<\/strong> son adecuadas para el programa reservado. Debe informar de cualquier afecci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, lesi\u00f3n, medicaci\u00f3n, alergia, mal de altura previo o limitaci\u00f3n que sea relevante <strong>antes de reservar<\/strong> y av\u00edsanos si hay alg\u00fan cambio. Condiciones de pago (Pol\u00edtica de ABM)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7fe2081 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7fe2081\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n \t<li>A <strong>Dep\u00f3sito 50%<\/strong> Al realizar la reserva se debe abonar el importe total de la expedici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n \t<li>Este dep\u00f3sito debe recibirse <strong>antes de que cualquier organizaci\u00f3n comience<\/strong>, entre los que se incluyen:\n<ul>\n \t<li>confirmaciones de gu\u00eda,<\/li>\n \t<li>reservas en refugios,<\/li>\n \t<li>permisos y log\u00edstica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Los restantes <strong>Saldo 50%<\/strong> se debe pagar <strong>a m\u00e1s tardar 60 d\u00edas antes de la fecha de inicio de la expedici\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li>\n \t<li>No se garantiza ning\u00fan servicio hasta que <strong>pago completo<\/strong> se recibe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nSi no se abona el saldo a tiempo, se podr\u00e1 cancelar la reserva con arreglo a las condiciones de cancelaci\u00f3n aplicables.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be8d18e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"be8d18e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ceb5eb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0ceb5eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Seguro de viaje y expedici\u00f3n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5e644f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d5e644f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRecomendamos encarecidamente (y, en algunas rutas, puede ser obligatorio) contratar un seguro que cubra:\n<ul>\n \t<li>cancelaci\u00f3n del viaje,<\/li>\n \t<li>emergencias m\u00e9dicas,<\/li>\n \t<li>evacuaci\u00f3n y rescate,<\/li>\n \t<li>retrasos en los viajes,<\/li>\n \t<li>p\u00e9rdida o da\u00f1o del equipaje y el equipo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nEl seguro debe cubrir expresamente <strong>actividades de alta monta\u00f1a<\/strong> relevante para tu expedici\u00f3n.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f444501 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"f444501\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64e1a58 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"64e1a58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. The Guide\u2019s decisions regarding safety, route choice and participant suitability are final.<\/p><p>If a participant is deemed unfit, unsafe, or disruptive, ABM may remove them from the program without refund.
